Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting. Representations can be made during the Public Questions item on the agenda. After this, the Committee will consider the details of the application and then make its recommendation to the planning authority, Mid Sussex District Council.

Wealden House (EDF site) – This site is allocated for residential development in the Neighbourhood Plan policy 9. At a recent public exhibition in the Village Centre, Ashgrove Homes displayed details of a proposed scheme to build 71 flats on the site, including 21 affordable homes.
Although the principle of development of the site is established in the Neighbourhood Plan, it will still be necessary for the developers show that the proposal complies with local and national planning policies.
