Support for Ashstock

The cost of staging Ashstock includes:

hire of portable toilets, security fencing and a professional stage and PA equipment;
fee for headline band;
overnight site security;
licensing fees (premises licence from MSDC, music and performing licences from PRS and PPL);
programme and sign printing; and
insurance.

To cover our costs and keep the festival free-entry, we need to raise funds from grants, pitch fees, programme advertising fees, programme sales and barrel sponsorship.

We are very grateful to Mid Sussex District Council for the award of a Community and Economic Development Grant of £3,000. This will help towards the cost of hiring the stage, PA equipment and security fencing.
