The Council office was closed from the 4th January 2021 and reopened on the 12th April. Staff have been working at the office throughout the lockdowns and are available to deal with any enquiries by phone or email.
In order to keep the staff and members of the public safe:
- Only one person at a time, or members of the same household, can enter the premises
- You will be required to wear face masks
- Your name and contact details will be taken for NHS Track and Trace and will be held for 3 weeks, or you can sign in using the QR Code and phone app.
Council meetings are currently being held by Zoom (until the 7th May 2021), in accordance with advice from Government and the National Association of Local Councils. Members of the public can request details of how to join a meeting from the Clerk.
A face-to-face meeting will be held on the 25th May to approve the annual accounts. Further meetings will commence in September. Numbers of attendees at meetings may need to be restricted on public health grounds.
On the 23rd March 2020, the Village Council passed an emergency resolution in order to make arrangements for the Council operations in response to the Coronavirus crisis.
